Settle is provided free of charge for personal, lawful use — solving anagrams, crosswords, and word games. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means at scale, or use it to break any law.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". Word results are generated from a fixed dictionary and may be incomplete or contain errors. We don't warrant that results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, including competitive or official use. The Site may be unavailable or changed at any time.
The Site's design, code, and content are owned by LTLS or our licensors, except for third-party word data used under its respective terms. You may use the tool, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Site itself without permission.
The Site may display advertising and links to third-party sites. We're not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties. Your dealings with advertisers are between you and them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LTLS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
