A small, fast tool for anyone staring at a jumble of letters — crossword solvers, word-game players, and writers chasing the right anagram.
Settle takes a scramble of up to nine letters and finds every real word hiding inside them. It checks every possible combination of your letters against a curated dictionary of roughly eight thousand common English words, then lists what it finds grouped by length, with full anagrams flagged separately. Everything runs locally in your browser — your letters are never sent anywhere.
Settle is built and maintained by LTLS, a small independent software project. We make focused single-purpose web tools that do one thing well, load quickly, and respect the people using them.
Settle is free to use. To cover hosting and development, some pages may display advertising provided by third parties such as Google.
